1. First Step open Automator.app

2. Select New, then select Service


3. Service received selected for no input

Then double-click Run AppleScript in the left sidebar

4. Enter in edit area


So the AppleScript is written and saved as Open Terminal
Simply change the "Terminal" in the Tell Application "Terminal" in the script to another program name, and you can set up shortcut keys for other programs.
5. Set shortcut keys
Select the service in the left column of the keyboard shortcut settings, you can see the open Terminal, and then complete the shortcut key settings.
My shortcut is still set to my familiar ALT + Contrl +t in Ubuntu. Frank Pu
