I have already designed several machine vision systems. I have a little bit of experience.
(1) The design of the machine vision system should respond to hardware progress in a timely manner, which can reduce many design difficulties;
(2) The system design process is totally a compromise process. It combines the new ideas that you think with the specific implementation capabilities;
(3) The hardware process of the Machine Vision System should be minimized;
(4) stable and high-quality image input determines whether the system can be developed successfully. It also determines the workload, which affects the cost and even the trust of end users in the system;
(5) There should be at least one alternative solution to deal with emergencies;
(6) in case of exceptions, be sure to be calm. If the disease is no longer the case, check the fault and troubleshoot easily;
(7) At last, we must think more about the architecture of the visual system, discuss it with others, and observe it on the site to provide a suitable Architecture Scheme.
