Previously, we had to use xshell to install lrzsz in windows.
However, mac cannot be used now.

It seems that you are not familiar with Mac.
brew install lrzsz
Usescp [[user@]host1:]from_file [user@]host2:]to_file
Large ide phpstorm supports SFTP/FTP protocol
Lrzsz can also be used in iterm2 of mac. In addition to brew install lrzsz, additional configuration is required. You have written the Triggers link. I believe you also know that you want to configure lrzsz, let me show you mine. (The impression is that you need to select the default profile)
If there is a stepping stone, the environment is still relatively formal. It is not necessary to upload or download files from the server.
For temporary requirements, there are two solutions:
Create an ssh tunnel on the stepping stone
Nc
Stepping Stone:
1: If only one machine is used frequently, we recommend that you create smaba.
2: If you log on to n machines every day, you can query ZSSH.
