Method/Step

1, open your wps text, software, a new blank document. Locate the Insert menu in the main menu bar of the blank document and click and expand.

2, in the expanded "insert" menu to find the "table" option, click and expand.

If you have fewer than 100 seats, or you can do it in ten times ten tables, you can select the number of tables you want to insert directly in the expanded table. As shown in the following figure.

3, if this 10 times ten table does not meet your requirements, you need a bigger table, so you can select the Insert table below, go to the Insert Table Control Panel, enter your number of columns and rows, and then click the OK button below.

4, after inserting, if you find the number of rows and fewer columns, you can put the mouse into the inserted table above, then in the table below and to the right, there is a plus, click on it can add a row or add a column, until you meet the requirements.

5, if you find that the number of rows and columns are many, then you need to delete the number of extra rows or columns, then you put your mouse to the top of a row in the leftmost position, and so the mouse into a small black arrow, click the right mouse button, select the extra line. Similarly, to delete a column, you can place the mouse on the topmost cell of a column, so that the mouse changes to a small black arrow, click the right mouse button, select the Extra column. Finally let the number of columns and rows meet your requirements.

6, next on the format of the table, we will put the mouse on the table, in the upper left corner of the table, a full selection of symbols, click on the full selection of symbols, select the entire table.

7, when selected, click the right mouse button, in the expanded menu, we choose "Table Properties", click to enter the Table Properties control Panel.

9, next in the table properties, we select the bottom of the "Options" tool, click to enter, in the Table Options control Panel, we set the cell margins to one millimeter, all set to two millimeters, and then set the check mark before "Allow cell padding" and the value to one millimeter, Finally click the OK button.

Of course, these numerical settings can be set according to your actual requirements.

10, then, in the table Properties Control Panel, select the bottom border and shading, and in the Borders and shading Control Panel, we select Borders. The border is set to none, and then the top down and left middle right six segments on the preview side are selected. "Apply to" below, select "Cell". Finally click OK. As shown in the following figure.

11. At this point, we found that the large border outside the table is not removed, we put the mouse on the table on the full selection of symbols, and do not click to select the entire table. When you double-click, the Table Properties control Panel pops up.

12, we select "Border and Shading" Enter, the border is set to "None" and then click OK directly. When I returned to the document and found that all the cells had no borders, we again went to the borders and shading in the table properties, and we still chose none, but we chose the "Top Down" and "Left and right" six segments on the preview side. "Apply to" below, select "Cell". Finally click OK.

13, then back to the document, the cell border appears, and the outside of the big border disappears. Finally, we can set the shading of the cell, also in the table properties of the border and shading, after entering, select Shading, choose your favorite shading, apply it to the cell. As shown in the following figure.

14, then we make a good table of the upper and lower end or left and right, the corresponding orientation, to facilitate the condemnation, so as to avoid errors in the position, in the lower part of the table, you can add some instructions, as shown in the following figure.
