Menu
A pop-up menu is a menu that appears when you move your pointer to a trigger image in your browser. It contains a list of items that link to other pages. How did they do it? We can use the Fireworks MX software provided by Macromedia Company to make a beautiful pop-up menu quickly and conveniently. The production steps are as follows:
1. Turn on Fireworks MX
2. Select the menu bar "file → new" (or directly with the shortcut "CTRL + N"), pop-up "New Document" dialog box. Here you can set the size and color of the canvas, we choose the default value, click OK.
3. Select the menu bar "file → import" To eject the "Import" dialog box. Select a picture (also available from fireworks MX) According to your needs and click "Open". At this point the mouse into the insertion pointer, the insertion of the pointer to the appropriate position in the canvas, click the left mouse button to import the selected picture
4. when the image is still selected, select the menu bar "edit → insert → slice" (figure 1). Or when the image is still selected, move the mouse over the image, click the right mouse button, and select Insert Slice. A slice is inserted immediately above the image. Slices have a green cascade by default.

5. Select the slice that covers the graphic of "Literary classics" and select "Modify → popup menu → add pop-up menu". The pop-up menu editor opens.
6. Double-click the text box in the upper-left corner. Type "Asian Literature" in the text box, and then press ENTER. The next text box is highlighted for you to create another item.
7. Type "European literature", and then press the ENTER key.
8. Create three more projects, namely "American literature", "African Literature" and "Oceania literature".
9. Double-click the link text box for the Asian Literature project. Enter the URL address, and then press ENTER. If it is for practice, you can enter any URL, and if it is actually used, be sure to use the actual URL.
