Make sublime text more convenient to develop Egret

In Toolbars tools > Build system > New Bulid system
Then copy the following code and save it as Egret.sublime-build.

Again, select Egret in the Tools > Build System to use it.
You can compile the Egret project by knocking over the code ctrl+b.
I had a ctrl+shift+b. After running the browsing, but not off, the port will always occupy. So you have to run the Run.bat in the Open directory.

In *WIN8 environment, run cmd as Administrator and execute Egret build-e to run build and startserver properly. This is probably not the result of compiling the Egret library.
