Many students feel it is difficult to tell a student Excel form. Asked me if I could record the contents of my lectures and let them take them home and read them a few more times. I think I can record the contents of my lectures with a VCR, but it is inconvenient to operate and time-consuming and laborious. I think the students just want to see the content of my lectures, not to see my lectures on the typhoon, if only the content of this lecture recorded on the line?
After research, I found a way to let students see my Excel table operation steps, but also can hear my voice. Close-up to provide the reader with this convenient need for reference.
The first step: open excel→ Click the Insert button in the menu → select object.
Step two: In the Object dialog box, select sound effects → Click OK.
Step three: Click the Start Recording Sound button. Then you can talk while you are working. All the words were recorded in the electronic form. (Note: This record can only be recorded for 60 seconds, of course, we could let it record a few more, the method is: When the fast recording, click the "Stop Recording" button, and then click the "Start Recording sound" button, so that the cycle, you can record long time)
Fourth step: After all recordings → Click the Yes button on the File menu, exit button → pop-up dialog box. Finally, save this file for the students, students only need to double-click the icon in the spreadsheet to hear the sound.
