Take a piece of the disc first and watch carefully, which will help you understand the purpose of each of the following steps.
Step 1
Create new file, size 300x300, fill background color, background layer should be named Background.
Create a new layer (Layer1), draw a circle with a circle selection tool, and fill it with black.
Step 2
Create a new layer (LAYER2), with a square selection tool to select the black round half of the area, with the gradient from top to bottom fill, here with PS from the Spectrum.
Step 3
Use the Edit/transform/skew command to adjust the gradient area to the shape shown in the figure.
Hold down the CTRL key Layer1 Select the Circle area, then press Ctrl+shift+i to deselect it, and then press the Del key to remove the gradient area extra parts, as shown in the figure.
Step 4
Copy the Layer2, execute the edit/transform/flip horizontal command, and merge the layer with Layer2 after the position is moved (the merged layer is still named Layer2), as shown in the figure.
Copy Layer2, use the edit/transform command to rotate the graphic 90 degrees, and then merge the layer with Layer2 after the position is moved (the merged layer is still named Layer2), as shown in the figure.
Step5
Create a new layer under Layer2, press the Ctrl key Layer2 Select the Circle area and execute the select/modify/expand command to enlarge the selection by 2-4 pixels, and then adjust the transparency appropriately with white padding.
Merge this layer with LAYER2 (the merged layer is still named Layer2).
Step 6
Follow the illustration to create three layers in turn and draw three concentric circles, in the order that they should be: Layer3 a larger white circle, Layer4 a medium-sized black circle, and Layer5 the smallest white circle.
(Hint: When drawing concentric circles, you can press the CTRL key point Layer1 to select the Circle area and then reduce it by a certain percentage, so that the new circle can be easily resized)
Step 7
In Layer3, press the Ctrl key Layer4, and then press Del to remove the selected part, and adjust the Layer3 transparency appropriately. Finally, delete the Layer4 and rename the Layer5 to Layer4.
Step 8
Press the Ctrl key Layer4 in the Layer2 and press Del to delete the selected section. Appropriately adjust the transparency of the Layer4 (which can be a bit lower than the previous pace).
Step 9
Now to play the center of the CD disc in the middle of the round hole, in the Layer1 the black circle to a sufficient size, select the circle later to Layer4, press the Del key, and finally delete the Layer1.
Step 10
Create a new layer under LAYER4, press CTRL LAYER4, perform Select/modify/expand enlarge the selection by 1-2 pixels, fill it with white, adjust the transparency appropriately (should be higher than LAYER4), press CTRL again LAYER4, and then press Del to delete. Except for the selected section.
This layer is merged with LAYER4 (the merged layer is still named Layer4), so that the surface of the CD has been fully completed and can be used after saving.
Step 11
You can do any further modification, such as loading a picture, try various adjustments to get a variety of effects, and finally merge all the layers except the background layer, plus some shadow effect, how, very beautiful, isn't it?
