Making rain animation effect with fireworks blur filter

The first step is to select a picture to be the background.

Sixth step. Add filter effect to it: Filters? blur, motion blur.

Seventh step. Adjusts its parameters in the pop-up dialog box, and the back is the effect of setting the filter.

The eighth step is to adjust its transparency so that the background can be displayed.

Tenth step. To make a dynamic rain effect, here is the key step! Go to the Frame panel and add a frame to the rectangle.

11th Step. Adjust the position of the frame rectangle, the dotted line is the original position, the Blue line is the adjusted position.

12th step. Repeat the 10-11 step and add another frame.

The 13th step. Finally, go back to the level board, select the background of the layer, double-click the layer name in the pop-up dialog box to "share overlap" item on the hook, the work is completed.
