Manage pictures with the "MyPictures" folder

With the development of digital technology, more and more pictures of our computer, how to manage these pictures? The first thing we think of is a picture-viewing management tool, such as ACDSee. In fact, if you are using Windows 2000 or XP, then its "My Pictures" folder can help you complete this work without having to install other tool software.
