b) Plan

    i.有一个大的计划:例如,底层和需求:1天  开发:10天 测试:4天   ii.让各个组长去做详细的组员计划,并控制进度,明确每个组员多久能出活,精确到小时。  iii.  如果计划不合适,有公共原因统一处理,没原因就找个人原因。

c) Implementation

    在大前提的目标下实现计划任务。

d) Check

    阶段性的验收。

e) Feedback

    主要是要体查民情,并汇总,改进。

   i. 一些文档可以事后补充(需求),一些文档必须提前推出(规范文档)  ii. 想要通过文档保证需求的理解和工作的延续,组长组员必须厚着脸皮去要,勤快一些 iii. 文档放的位置必须公开,让大家清楚找文档要去哪里找。

b) interface

  i. 先要像接口总负责申请,出一个专门负责接口的人,管理所有的接口 ii. 判断接口是否重复,确定接口细节,结对编程,开发细粒度的接口,增强接口的微复用iii. 验收接口,可以通过单元测试 iv. 假数据,最好是从提供接口方统一发放的真实的测试数据。  v.冗余代码,需要组员去梳理旧代码,而不仅仅单纯的复制粘贴。
