Management of DDL in Oracle

For some reason, the DDL permissions of Oracle are not available to the user.

The previous approach was to create a user without giving it the permissions to make table.

However, during use, the user is found to have ALTER TABLE permissions.

After checking the documentation, it was found that Oracle's documentation is indeed a permission issue that is described. The user does not need ALTER TABLE permission to alter the table under its own schema.

No good solution has been found yet.
