Manually clear print queue

In Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP, printing tasks cannot be cleared even if you perform the preceding operations. In this case, you need to stop and restart the printer service.
Windows XP
1. Click Start> Control Panel> performance and maintenance> Administrative Tools> services> Print Spooler ".
Click "Stop Service" on the left to stop the printer service.
2. Click Start> run, and enter spool in the command line in the run window. Click "OK" to open the "Spool" folder;
3. In the "Spool" folder, double-click to open the "printers" folder;
4. Delete all files in the "printers" folder;
5. Return to the "service" window, click "start this service" on the left side, and restart the Print Service.
Check the print queue and confirm that the print task has been cleared.
