Manually install the iOS 9.3 emulator under Xcode8.0

But the speed of download is very slow, and always fail, thinking that they have to quickly set up a good environment debugging code, so I think there is no way to directly download these simulator version, so I directly installed on the local is good.
Personal test method: The first way to enter the following command in Iterm, to start Xcode, and then need to enter the power-on password (no iterm can be used to replace the terminal)

Sudo/applications/xcode.app/contents/macos/xcode

Install wait for download complete, enter below path ~/library/caches

Download the simulator.
