Maven download source code, solve the problem of Chinese comments garbled

Download the source code through MAVEN, when browsing through the source code directly through eclipse, found the Chinese comment is garbled problem. In fact, this eclipse is the default encoding caused by the problem. This can be done in the following ways:

1. Modify the default encoding for the Eclipse Chinese text file: Windows->preferences->general->workspace->text encoding is set to UTF-8
2. Modify the default encoding of the Java source file: Windows->preferences->general->content types-> to the right of the context Types tree, click Text, select Java source File, enter UTF-8 in the default encoding input box below, point to update
