Because it is a MAVEN project, Tomcat does not publish the project at the same time as the Maven dependency added jar package, so reported this error: Workaround: Project Right--Properties, Deployment Assembly, add-Java Build Path Entries, choose Maven Dependencies, Finish, and OK to publish the corresponding Maven dependency package to Tomcat, which will be automatically posted to the specified directory when debugging. Tomcat can also find those jars.
