Max_allowed_packet exceeded when MySQL imports data

Source: Internet
Author: User

I recently conducted a small test to import Oracle Data in the project to mysql and migrate data using mysql migration tool. After the migration, I found some data loss, check the Migration Report and find that max_allowed_packet has exceeded the upper limit set by the system. If the migration fails, you can modify the value of this variable,

Modify the value of this variable: my. "max_allowed_packet = 1 M" in the [mysqld] section of the INI file, such as change to 4 M (if there is no such line of content, add a line), save, and restart the MySQL service. Now you can load files larger than 1 MB.
