2. Navigate to protocols for ADK bar, the right window shows named Pipes, TCP/IP is disabled status:

3. Double-click named Pipes, TCP/IP, and enable:

4. Configure TCP/IP properties port to 1433:

5, and set the Ipall option in TCP Port 1433:
