Response changes to the committed State, which means writing headers. In these cases, Response changes to committed:

• Response buffer exceeds the maximum value, which may be caused by the following two reasons:

• Buffer reaches the maximum buffer size set on the JSP page. You can modify the value of buffer size here.

•  <%@ page buffer="5kb" autoFlush="false" %>

• It reaches the maximum buffer value of response in the Server. This value can be modified here:

•  ServletRespnse.setBufferSize()

• Some codes in Response call the flush () method, for example:

HttpServletResponse. flushBuffer ().

• Some code calls the flush () method of OutputStream or Writer.
• If forwarded arrives at another page, the response will be changed to commited and closed.
