I. Understanding of tools and materials

Before creating a network cable, you must prepare relevant tools and materials. Each pair of wires is intertwined. When creating a network cable, you must split the eight wires of the four pairs one by one, straighten them out, and straighten them straight, then, sort the data in order.

Currently, there are two most commonly used wiring standards: The T568A standard and the T568B standard. The line sequence described in T568A is from left to right: 1-white green, 2-green, 3-white orange, 4-blue, 5-white blue, 6-orange, 7-white Brown, 8-brown. The line sequence described in T568B standard is from left to right: 1-white orange, 2-orange, 3-white green, 4-blue, 5-white blue, 6-green, 7-white Brown, 8-brown. We recommend that you use the T568B standard during network construction. Of course, T568A is also applicable to general cabling systems.

If the length is too long, the crosstalk will be increased because the cable Pair does not twist each other, and the cable may be removed from the crystal head because the crystal head cannot press the jacket, this may cause poor contact or even interruption of the line.

(5) Insert: One and hold the crystal head with the thumb and middle finger, so that the side of the plastic shrapnel is down, and the side of the pin is away from its own direction, and it is pinned with the index finger; another hand held the twisted pair outside the rubber, slowly force 8 wires along the RJ-45 head at the same time 8 cable slots inserted, until the top of the cable slot.

(6) suppression: Confirm all the wires are in place, and thoroughly check the crystal head line sequence is correct, you can use the crimping clamp RJ-45 head. Push the RJ-45 head from one side of the teeth into the clamp groove, grip the Clamp with force (If your strength is not big enough, you can use both hands together ), press all the pins protruding from the outside into the crystal and place them in the header.

After both ends of the crystal head are completed, the network cable tester can be used for testing. If the eight indicators on the tester are green, the network cable is successfully created. If any lamp is a red or yellow light, it indicates that there is an open circuit or poor contact. At this time, it is best to press the crystal head at both ends with a wire clamp and then test again. If the fault persists, then, check whether the order of the core lines at both ends is the same. If the order is different, the crystal head will be made again according to the order of the core lines at the other end. If the core line sequence is the same, but the tester still displays a red or yellow light after re-acquisition, it indicates that the corresponding core line is not in good contact. There is no way at this point, so you have to cut one end and redo one crystal head in sequence at the other end of the core line, and then test again. If the fault disappears, you do not have to redo the crystal head at the other end, otherwise, you have to cut off the original crystal head at the other end and redo it. Until the test is completely green. For the production method, the order of the indicator lights on different testers is also different. If the lamp on the direct-through tester is on Sequentially, if the twisted pair wires are used, the shining sequence of the tester section should be 3, 6, 1, 4, 5, 2, 7, and 8.
