First, when installing linux, select the first installation item: Graphical installation, because this saves you time to configure the video card and sound card later.

Next, go to the first installation item, and ask you to select the default installation language. If it is an English comparison dish, select Chinese language for installation, and all subsequent installation procedures will be in Chinese.

During the installation process, you will be asked which languages you need to use as the default language, which contains multiple languages. If you want to use the Chinese interface and environment, You must select Chinese, during installation, I chose Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and American English.

After that, the installation procedure is normal, but remember to install X Desktop!

After installation, you can use the kde Desktop in culture.

I downloaded the xine source code (I don't like the rpm format ).

The highest version inside is 0.9.8, And I downloaded two of the Code: xine-lib-0.9.8.tar.gz and xine-ui-0.9.8.tar.gz (both are required)

Then start the installation (the installation of xine must use root ):

First extract the xine-lib-0.9.8.tar.gz

# Tar-zvxf xine-lib-0.9.8.tar.gz
# Cd xine-lib-0.9.8
#./Configure
# Make install

Check/etc/ld after installing the xine-lib-0.9.8. so. conf check whether there is/usr/local/lib line in this document. This is used by xine to connect to the library file. If not, open and edit it in the editor.

# Pico/etc/ld. so. conf

The modified/etc/ld. so. conf format is as follows:
