Megawizard broken when using the PLL in Quartus 15.0/quartus 13.1, unable to use the PLL, software crashes, and so on

The PLL failed to load when using Quartus15.0 (other versions of Quartus 13.1 were not used), which was not reflected after the Megawizard read the progress bar because the Megawizard program broken damaged. Or, this error occurs when you open a project that already exists (using the PLL)

Error:cant Find Package:: ALTERA::GENERIC_PLL and executing package require:: ALTERA::GENERIC_PLL error:an in Stance of Altera PLL could not being created. The component had an unexpected internal error.

So how do we solve this problem?

Through the query found to solve the problem the official did not give any answer, because they can not reproduce the bug, someone gave the following solution:

　　　　1. Install the version below 13.0.

　　　　2. Replace the computer and install it.

Because of this condition most people take time, so it is not a good solution. Go to the wall outside the forum to see someone talking about this bug, one of them said a sentence:

For Quartus, does not alter the "install directory from default", Young apprentice!!

So I try to use the default directory installed software, the results asked to solve, it seems that the project software default installation path is reasonable!!!! Later found that the software is unknown strange bug can be solved by this method:

Default installation directory!!!!!!
