There's a problem with the explanation, it's not connected.

There's no connection, the process and the port are open.

Under Telnet test

You can assign a value using the set and get commands

Look at the lower port, Memcache 11211 and the host machine 209.1 50261 is connected.

The local Telnet port is also open

Remember, my local test window is still open.

Kill the process and come back.
