MEncoder can easily take pictures to synthesize video files, as well as images and audio files to synthesize video files.

The file is as follows:

JPG files: 1.jpg,2.jpg. 10.jpg

MP3 file: Audio.mp3 time is 03:33

The synthesized file name is Ok.avi

MEncoder mf://*jpg-mf FPS=1/22:TYPE=JPG-OVC LAVC-OAC copy-audiofile audio.mp3-o Ok.avi

The above FPS is a very meaningful parameter that allows the picture and audio to grow up about, thanks to the mencoder technology for this style of parameter!
