Installation instructions:

1. Download Quicktest professional.
2. Open the ZIP file, then extract the contents to a directory of your choice.
3. Go to the directory where you unzipped to, and run the program "setup.exe ".
4. Follow the instructions on your screen.
5. If you are asked for a maintenance number, enter 8888-8888888888.

In some cases, Symantec Anti-Virus scan will falsely classify a file used in some mercury products as a virus. mercury software is free of viruses and is completely safe to use. you shoshould not quarantine or remove the file; instead, you shoshould download the latest virus definition from Symantec.

Specifics:
Symantec Anti-Virus definition file from Jan 31,200 5 version. 17 displayed a file named "regtlb.exe" as the w32.randex virus. this is a Mercury file which is used in bytes of our products. if Symantec Anti-Virus quarantines or removes the file, Mercury's software will not function correctly. please download the latest definition file from Symantec at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/download.html. following an installation of the new definition file, the "regtlb.exe" file will no longer come up as a virus.
