Method of setting Word 2010 paragraph indentation

In Word 2010, we can set the entire paragraph indent a certain character, this feature is often used in typesetting, the following we introduce two methods of indentation in Zaiword.

Method 1:

1, select the paragraph that you want to set indent, "right" "paragraph", open paragraph tab.

2, in the "Indentation and Spacing" tab, set paragraph indentation is OK.

Method 2:

On the horizontal ruler, there are four paragraph indent sliders: first line indent, hanging indent, left indent, and right indent. Press and hold the left mouse button to drag them to complete the appropriate indentation, if you want to accurately indent, you can drag while holding down the ALT key, the ruler will appear when the scale.

Problems:

1, word paragraph set is the first line indent 2 characters, but actually indented 4 English letters position, this is how it?

A: Indent two characters, for Chinese, equivalent to 4 characters in English.

2, Word in the item number than paragraph to indent two words how to operate?

A: The dotted line appears when you click the symbol, select the symbol, and then move the top ruler two words to the right, or you can set it in paragraph by the normal method.
