Method of converting Win7 hard disk FAT32 format to NTFS using command characters

Due to security concerns many users of the Windows XP system disk format is FAT32, compared to Fat32 format files, NTFS can provide more disk space support, so many times we need to convert Fat32 format files to NTFS format.
