Method One,
1 Win 7 system security Remove hibernation file: Start-run (enter Cmd.exe) Open the Command Line window and enter: Powercfg-h off, carriage return.
Note: The C-disk residual hiberfil.sys hidden files can be removed directly after hiding.
2 Virtual Memory Pagefile.sys:
Win 7 system, the default setting of 1.5 times times the size of physical memory, as a paging Exchange file, if the system's physical memory is relatively small, only 512M or 1G, you can choose to keep this file.
If you keep this file, it is recommended that you put virtual memory on a disk other than the system disk, such as D disk.
If the system has more than 2G of memory, it is recommended to turn off the virtual memory function directly.
To set the virtual memory method:
(1) Control Panel-System, click on the left: Advanced system settings, click Performance: Settings-advanced-virtual memory, click Settings.

Click: C Disk-Custom size-Initial size (MB): Change to 0, maximum (MB): Change to 0, click: Settings;
Click: D disk-Custom size-Initial size (MB): Change to 2031, maximum (MB): Change to 4096, click: Settings-OK. Restart the computer as prompted.

System Disk Cleanup (ii)
1 3) Clean up the application cache brought by the SuperFetch function:
Cleaning method: Directly Delete all the files in the C:/windows/prefetch folder.
Turn on the computer
2 point hit: C disk
3 Click: Windows
4 point Hits: prefetch
5 Select All-delete.
System Disk Cleanup (iii)
1 4, application-generated temporary files:
Typically saved in the Windows/temp folder, and in the Temp folder of the user's folder
Cleaning method: Directly to the c:/windows/temp and c:/users/your username/appdata/local/temp folder in all the files can be deleted

Generally in the Windows folder under the System32 folder in the LogFiles folder, you can delete directly.
Step: Turn on the computer;
2 Click: C Disk-Windows;
3 point hits: System32;
4 point hits: LogFiles;
5 files in the folder are: Win 7 System log and event log, you can open each folder individually to clean up, such as: SCM cleanup.
