How to enable secure mode for WIN 8 CP:

The first step: Run the command prompt as administrator,

Step Two: Enter the following command: bcdedit/enum/v

Make a note of where I marked it in red and enter the following command:

bcdedit/copy {identifier}/d "{string} (Safe Mode)"

Mine is: bcdedit/copy {DB3656A2-7958-11E1-B8AB-EB60199979A6}/d "Windwos 8 Consumer Preview (Safe Mode)"

You will be prompted for success when you enter.

Step three: Press Winkey+r, enter Msconfig carriage return, select Boot, and then follow the following figure operation

Put the tick on the hook, then point to apply, select "Yes",

Click OK to exit and restart the system, press F8 to enter the advanced Startup Options menu before Windows starts loading, and you will see the presence of Safe mode
