Hint./ Mysql-bin.index cannot be found (since MySQL has the bin log enabled), to the database root to see the file exists, may be a problem with file permissions, view the database root permissions are 700, the owner and user groups are root, may be the last time the database was transferred accidentally modified the folder Permissions.

Workaround:

Chown-r mysql/usr/local/mysql && chown-r mysql/usr/local/mysql

Restart MySQL [OK]
