Methods for jdialog to return values to the parent window

Source: Internet
Author: User

This problem has plagued me for a long time. It is to create a new window inherited from jdialog in jframe, and then obtain the value of a control in the window when the window disappears.

Later, I found the implementation method:

Jdialog dialog = new jdialog ();

...

// It is critical to set it to a modal window.

Dialog. setmodel (true );

// Make the window visible

Dialog. setvisable (true );

// This method is called only when the method in dialog is compiled by yourself and dispose () is executed.

Object OBJ = dialog. getvalue ();

In this way, the value of the control can be obtained after the jdialog disappears.
