Metro version IE10 common touch gestures, mouse operation, shortcut keys

We have previously introduced the desktop version of IE10 shortcut keys, but now like to use the Metro version of the IE10 more and more people. If you are also using this version, you might as well take a look at the Metro version of the IE10 commonly used shortcuts, and of course, faster than the shortcut button mouse gesture operation. If you are using a touch-controlled tablet device, remember the common operation of the following touch gestures, will let you browse the Web more smoothly.
