CWnd::P Recreatewindow
Virtual BOOL PreCreateWindow (createstruct& CS);
return value:
Returns a value other than 0 if you want to continue the window's creation process, and returning 0 indicates that the creation process failed.
Parameters:
CS a CREATESTRUCT structure
Description
The framework calls this member function before the Windows window that is connected to the CWnd object is created. Never call this function directly.
The default implementation of this function verifies that the window class name is null and, if so, is replaced with the appropriate default value. Overload this function to modify the CREATESTRUCT structure before the window is created.
Each class derived from CWnd adds its own functionality to its overloaded PreCreateWindow. At design time, these derived precreatwindow are not described.
To determine the proper style of each class and the interdependencies between styles, you can examine the MFC source code related to the base class of your application.
If you choose to overload PreCreateWindow, you can use the information gathered from the MFC source code to determine whether the style used in your application's base class will provide the functionality you need.
For more information on changing the window style, see "Changing the style of Windows created by MFC" In the online Visual C + + Programmer's Guide.
