Once you think about these problems, do not change it easily after the decision is made. You can set short-term and long-term goals for yourself and use them to drive your development. Do not believe in the "secret of the workplace". If you are not sure that you are the 1% genius, you must learn to be down-to-earth.

 

How to organize people who love learning and do not love learning in a team to work together

This is actually a matter of management. As a leader of a team, you should be clear about the characteristics of each member in your team and make full use of the characteristics of these Members to maximize their complementarity, my advice is to focus on developing plastic talents, and strive to develop them to the backbone, so that those with sharp knives can rush to the forefront and give up those who are not motivated, to make them clear that they are not indispensable.

  

How to develop in outsourcing companies

I believe that most people have a rejection attitude towards outsourcing, and believe that they are unfavorable to personal growth, have no sense of belonging, and have no technical accumulation. In fact, this also reflects the immature package market at home and abroad to some extent. Most outsourcing companies have a large flow of talent, and most outsourcing companies do not care too much about the reserve of technical talents. I know a person from an outsourcing company who often plays basketball together. He went to IBM for a DB2-related test. After year 78, his salary didn't go up much. I asked him what plans he had, he said that the assignment to IBM is a learning platform and a stepping stone for his career. He wants to learn the mature working methods of IBM, an international IT company. Just a few days ago, he was happy to tell me that he left IBM and switched to Oracle as a formal handler. How to make choices among many languages and new technologies

Status. In this regard, my advice is that language is not absolutely good or bad. Language is just a tool. Every language or technology has its value. The key is its specific application. In this regard, I suggest:
