Microsoft has not yet fixed the IE vulnerability exposed by the Pwn2Own hacker Competition

As a traditional habit of Microsoft, Microsoft patches its software products on the second Tuesday of every month. This month, Microsoft released nine announcements to fix 14 previously exposed security vulnerabilities. However, it may be a bit disappointing that the Pwn2Own hacker competition held this month did not list any major vulnerabilities on IE, according to the report published by IDG in ComputerWorld, IE's competitors have fixed their browser vulnerabilities after the competition.

At the Pwn2Own hacker competition, French security company VUPEN successfully found two 0-day vulnerabilities bypassing the sandbox protection of Windows 8. Then the security company analyzed the vulnerability and said: "This vulnerability directly threatens IE browsers using MS13-028 infrastructure, which are found in New IE versions but both IE6 and IE10."
