Microsoft JScript Runtime Error: Automation server cannot create object

When using JS to export Excel, the following code

var curtbl = document.getElementById (TableID);
var OXL = new ActiveXObject ("Excel.Application");
Create an Ax object Excel
var owb = OXL.Workbooks.Add ();

Error:

Workaround:

1. Turn on the FSO function and execute regsvr32 scrrun.dll in "Run"

2. In the Local intranet, initialize and script ActiveX controls that are not marked as secure are set to Enabled, such as:
