1 first create a separate Windows account for your child

When you enter Parental controls in the Windows Vista Start menu Search, you can find the parent Control Panel! You can also find the appropriate options from the Control Panel.

If you have established a Windows normal account for your child, you can simply double-click the account to enter the parent control main screen below.

If you have not yet established an account for your child, you can create a Windows account for your child by clicking on "Creating a user account".

2) Network protection

Set the appropriate level of network restrictions for your child as needed--bad network information all go away. What if you don't trust me? You can click on the edit allow and block list to allow the little ones to browse through your audited websites!
