Microsoft released mobile express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

Microsoft finally released the CRM application for this mobile phone.Program, Main features of mobile Express:

1. Supports on-premise and IFD modes;
2. Without offline databases, you can only browse CRM content online;
3. (Incomplete) supports any html4.0-compatible mobile browsers, such as Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, opera, and Apple iPhone.

Unfortunately, the Chinese version has not yet been released.

Installation Method:
Run the installer on the CRM server and go to the customization page to see a new add item: Customize mobile Express. After opening the tool, you can configure which entities need to be displayed on your mobile phone.

Usage:
Mobile phone users can open the CRM connection and add the suffix/m to access the CRM mobile version. Like http://contoso.crm.contoso.com/m
