1. Open basic.psd and Save as SAD.PSD.

2. Link eye L layer and eye R layer, rotate 180 degrees, then move two eyes to the left and unlink. Select the eye l layer, flip it horizontally, because it's crying, so let's move the eye a little further to the left so that the distance between the two eyes is closer. (Figure 09)

3. Select the layer mouth, rotate it horizontally, move to the left of the image, and shrink it to the current 65%. (Figure 10)

4. Select the foreground color is RGB (153,248,254), the background color is RGB (20,59,227), select face layer, load the selection, select the Gradient tool, set the gradient for the foreground to the background color, using a radial gradient, choose imitation color, such as the figure to make gradient, deselect. (Figure 11)

5. Select a teardrop-shaped constituency with the Lasso tool, feather 1 pixels to make sure that in the face layer, copy the image within the selection, paste it into the new layer, select the bevel and Emboss style, and set the bevel to an inner bevel, which is a soft carving, a depth of 200%, a size and a softening of 4 pixels, Highlight opacity to 100%, darkened color for RGB (6,10,92), opacity of 60%, with a simple bevel and embossed to create a stereo effect; All layers are merged with the face layer link, narrowing it down to 60%, and moving to the bottom of the document. 6. Below we do a simple environment for it. Create a new layer on the face layer, set the foreground color to white, and draw 3 overlapping ellipses of varying sizes with the Ellipse tool, as the shape of the cloud. Move it to the top of the doll's head. (Figure 13a)

Swap the swatches, set the foreground color to RGB (178,178,178), load the cloud selection, select the Gradient tool, and deselect the selection after you make a line gradient from the previous color to the background color within the selection. (Figure 13b)

Create a new layer 2 above layer 1, just like the one you used to draw 3 overlapping ellipses, slightly larger than the white clouds. We use these two layers to make a unique cloud. (Figure 13c)

Copy layer 1, in layer 1 copy, load the selection of Layer 2, delete the image in the selection, delete Layer 2, select Layer 1, fill the opacity area of the layer with white; Copy layer 1 copy, select Layer 1 again, change the layer size, make the width current 102%, height is 112%, Adjust brightness and contrast, increase brightness by 22; Copy the current layer, the newly added layer is layer 1 copy 3, go back to Layer 1 copy layer, change the layer size again, the proportions are the same, increase the brightness 20; copy 1, 2, and layer 3 copies of layer 1 from top to bottom, load the selection of layer 1, Remove the extra parts of the replica flattening layer after the selection, deselect, and flatten the layer 1. Finally, load the cloud selection, set the foreground color to RGB (165,165,165), use the foreground color to stroke the selection, width 1 pixels, and deselect. The function of a stroke is to make the clouds and the white background different. In this way, a simple cloud is done. Of course, you can also use other methods to draw your favorite cloud types. 7. Create a new layer under the cloud layer, restore the foreground color darker gray, draw some short straight line with the line tool, after the dynamic blur processing, duplicate the layer, move the position of the copy layer slightly, become the rain that floats down in the cloud.
