Minisap installation procedure)

1. Copy three CDs to the hard disk, prepare 2 GB space, and do not place them on drive C, because they are prepared for formatting and reinstallation,
3 CDs are placed in 3 folders, which are assumed to be D: \ mini sap \ CD1, D: \ mini sap \ CD2, D: \ mini sap \ cd3.
2. Check whether the C drive has enough space, because installing minisap requires 5.2c space,
If the disk C is not enough space, you can use the hard disk partition magician tool to expand it.
3. reinstall the operating system. I installed XP Professional.
4. format the C drive in NTFS format. Otherwise, the path cannot be found during installation.
5. After entering the system for the first time, do not install anything or connect the driver. Program None. Modify the computer name. It must contain 4 to 13 English letters.
6. After the restart, install: run Setup. bat under cd1.
During installation, you will be prompted to enter the CD path. Enter the path of CD1 here;
Then, the system will prompt you to enter the path of Data CD1. Enter the path of CD2 here;
Then, the system will prompt you to enter the path of Data CD2. Enter the path of CD3 here;
7. After completing the preceding step, run resume_setup.bat under CD1 and re-install it to activate licence.
8. There is a "Start sap ABAP engine" icon on the desktop.
9. Run setup.exe under D: \ mini sap \ CD1 \ minigui. the "saplogon" icon is displayed on the desktop.
10. Run "saplogon" and the logon window appears (SAP logon 620). Click "add ".
14. Make the following configuration in the "add" window:
Description: MBS
Application Server: <machinename> (assume this is your computer name)
SAP route string: No
SAP system: Select R/3
System No.: 00
Click OK to return to the logon window (SAP logon 620)
12. In the logon window (SAP logon 620), select MBS and log on
13. On the toolbar of the window that appears after logon, click the last 2nd buttons (generates a shoutcut ...)
14. Configure the "new sap gui shoutcut" Window

15. Run "Start sap ABAP engine" and then ", SAP CUA-Interface.sap"
