Modification of NPN transistor Amplification Simulation parameters
In the use of Multusim10.1 software for NPN transistor amplification Simulation, the experimental results and calculated results are inconsistent, it took me several days, finally found the reason. In order to let everyone less detours, summed up as follows:
The circuit diagram is as follows:
known : RBB ' =300ω,β=50, calculated according to the parameters
Ibq= (VCC-UBEQ)/rb= (12-0.7)/280k=40μA
Rbe=rbb ' + (26mV)/ibq=300+650=950Ω
RL ' =rc//rl=3kω//3kω=1.5kω
áu=-(betaRL ')/rbe=-(x1.5)/0.95=-78.9
but in the initial experiment, I measured the output voltage UO=1.2V, ui=10mv, when large multiples of áu=-(1200/10) =-120
is far from the theoretical calculation.
How to solve this problem?
in fact, just modify the parameters of the BJT_NPN transistor Beta,RBB ' it's ready.
The steps are as follows:
1) Double- Click the bjt_npn transistor, and in the dialog box that appears the value tag, such as:

2) Click "Edit Model"and a dialog box appears

3) Modify the BF value in this dialog box to 50
4) Modify the RB value to 0.3KΩ

5) Then the simulation, you can see the output voltage UO=781.36MV

in addition, input voltage should be selected input signal voltage source (Signal Voltage Source) and set peak-to-peak to 14.14mV, frequency 1KHz.
