Modify Eclipse Default Workspace

three different methods (only one may be invalid, it's best to try)

1. Modify the Exlipse installation directory \configuration\.settings\org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs file, modify the Recent_workspaces this key
Recent_workspaces=c\:\\developworks\\workspace

2. Modify the \configuration\config.ini file in the Eclipse installation directory, the default value of this key is @user.home/workspace, configured as the required WS directory to
Osgi.instance.area.default=c\:\\developworks\\workspace

3. If you can go to eclipse, search for the workspace keyword in preferences, locate the startup and Shutdown > Workspaces Panel, check "Prompt for workspace on Startup "and add the appropriate recentworkspaces below and click on Apply>ok. (In fact, this step is consistent with the outcome of the first scenario)
