By editing the keywords for Word2007 clip art, you can find the clip art you want more easily. However, only clip art saved in my collections can edit keywords, while clip art in office Collections and Web Collections cannot edit keywords. Users can copy clip art from office Collections and Web Collections to my collection, and then modify the keyword.
To modify the clip art keyword in the Word2007 document, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and in the Clip Art task pane, search for Office collections and clip art in the Web collection (reference tutorial Insert clip Art in the Word2007 document and save clip art from Web Collections to local disk) in a particular keyword.
Step 2nd, click the Drop-down triangle button to the right of the selected clip, and select the Copy to Collection command from the Open menu, as shown in Figure 2009031801.

Step 3rd, open the Copy to Collection dialog box, select the destination folder (you can click the New button to add the folder), and click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2009031802.

4th step, in the Clip Art task pane, select the search scope is my collections, and uncheck Office Collections and Web Collections. Search for clip art with a specific keyword, and the clip art in the search results is saved in my collections. Click the Drop-down triangle button to the right of the selected clip, and select the Edit Keyword command from the Open menu, as shown in Figure 2009031803.

Step 5th, open the Keywords dialog box, enter your custom keyword in the keyword edit box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2009031804.

Tip: For clip art saved in office Collections and Web Collections, the keyword edit box appears dimmed and cannot be edited. The same method applies to modifying the title of a clip art.
