WIN10 Notification Information
1. Open "Run" using "Windows Key +r", then type "regedit" and press "enter" to open Registry Editor. Navigate to the following location:

2, in the right interface of the registry key, find a DWORD named "Displaytoastatbottom" (32-bit) value, if not, you can manually create one. Then change its key value to "1".

3. Log off the current user and log in again. You can see the notification information at the beginning of the article to display the effect.
Restart Task Manager: in the Open Start menu space, press and hold the "Shift+ctrl" button while clicking the right mouse button. Then, in the menu that appears, select Exit Explorer. Then use the "Shift+ctrl+esc" key combination to open Task Manager, select "File"-"Run New task", and then enter "Explorer.exe" and press ENTER to complete the Resource manager reboot.
How do I restore? You can restore the initial state by simply modifying the top "Displaytoastatbottom" DWORD key value back to "0" and then restarting the resource management by following the method provided in step 3.
