Modify the console terminal font (TTY)

The default font is hard to distinguish. Modify:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup

Select: UTF-8, guess..., VGA, 8x16.

 

The default ls directory color is too deep and cannot be seen clearly. Change it to green and change the command line color ~ /. Add to profile:

Foreground color: 30 Black 31 red 32 green 33 yellow 34 blue 35 purple 36 Green 37 white
Background Color: 40 black 41 Red 42 green 43 Yellow 44 Blue 45 Blue 46 green 47 white

St sticky directory with the sticky bit set (T) and not other-writable
Ex exec executable file (I. e. Has 'X' set in permissions)
Mi missing non-existent file pointed to by a symbolic link (visible when you type LS-l)
