Modify the default Word 2007 document user name and initials

By default, the Word2007 document user name is the user name of the currently logged on Windows system. The user can change the Word2007 document user name to the appropriate name according to the actual work, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word options button, as shown in Figure 20112032601.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box, set the appropriate user name in the user name and initials edit boxes on the Standard tab, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2012032602.
