Drag to the bottom of the page to find the data you want to download (tutorial takes the first link as an example):

When you click the button, you can see the data loading:

When the load is complete, select a sensor (for example, for Modis Terra):

After selecting the sensor, you can select selection on demand (here to the surface temperature, land Surface temperature as an example), after the selection, the right will display different data

When the selection is complete, the selected data is displayed as green, or the remaining data can be added to the location where the sensor was originally selected.

After the selection, click on the number 2, there is a time range, the range is 1.5 months (the red part identifies the previous change and the part that needs to be clicked)

After adding time, click the number 3, enter the location selection section, the Red Number 1 can zoom in and out of the diagram, Red number 2 is how to select the range of data (in the example, I choose the way of the country, the choice of the country is the motherland)

After clicking the countries, the map changes and the borders of the country show

On the map of the motherland to find a location casually click on the completion of the picture shown (Taiwan also belongs to the bosom of the motherland of course):

After selecting the location, click the number 4 to select the data, click 4, the data will be loaded out

Load out of the picture as shown, you can directly click on the right side of the download directly to download (no account), click Download, all the download process is completed.
