[Mongo] couldn't connect to server 127.0.0.1: 27017 at src/mongo/shell/mongo. js: L112, 201727017

Today, when mongo was started, an error occurred. My environment is Windows 7.

The solution is to delete the mongod. lock file under mongodata of mongo.

Restart mongo.
