  • MongoDB Basic Command
    • >show DBS//Display a list of current data
    • >DB//Display the current database object or collection
    • >use ' DB name '//connect to a specified database
      • Keep the database name:
        • Admin: From a permission point of view, is the root database
        • Local: This database is never replicated and is used to store arbitrary collections of people confined to a local single server
        • When Config:mongo is used for sharding, config is used internally to hold shard information
