In recent days the production environment of MongoDB has been the alarm, the CPU soared, other such as memory, IOPS, connections, disk operations, etc. are normal. By locating the business, the discovery is due to the fact that the MongoDB table where one of the queries is not indexed leads to more than 110 w of data, and the query goes through 10 times per second. But not indexing results in a full table scan of data queries, causing the CPU to soar.

Workaround: Db.preservationlog.createIndex ({eid:1}); The issue was resolved by creating an index for the Preservationlog table's Eid field.
